A session includes use of all of the facilities in the village. Upon arrival we will provide you with sandals and a towel. Robes are available for a small additional fee. We have changing rooms, showers, bathrooms, and lockers (with heat and hot water). Once you are changed you can use any of our saunas or cold plunges.
Please bring a bathing suit, and a personal water bottle or container
( we have water available for purchase on site ) and a place to refill water.
Please wear an appropriate bathing suit. We recommend removing any jewelry as this may become hot in the sauna.

Yes there is parking adjacent to the facilities at both locations, and usually street parking available. Street parking is preferable in South Boston.
We strongly suggest making a reservation. Walk ins are welcome based on availability.
We welcome all ages, however anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We do not allow outside food and drink besides water bottles.

Please arrive on time for your session. If you’re running late, you’re still welcome to join for any remaining time in your booking. We do not offer refunds for missed time.
You may cancel or reschedule your reservation up to 12 hours before your scheduled start time.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance are eligible for either a 90% refund to your original payment method or a full (100%) credit issued as a gift card.
Within 12 hours of your session, reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged in full.
Please note that bookings made within 12 hours of the session start time are final and not eligible for cancellation or rescheduling.
Yes, when booking there is an option to adjust the quantity. Note: there is a max of around 10 people per hour.
We offer both 2 and 1 hour sessions.
Unfortunately the passes are reserved for only one person.
