How does it work?

A session includes use of all of the facilities in the village. Upon arrival we will provide you with sandals and a towel. Robes are available for a small additional fee. We have changing rooms, showers, bathrooms, and lockers (with heat and hot water). Once you are changed you can use any of our saunas or cold plunges.

What is the dress code?

Please wear an appropriate bathing suit. We recommend removing any jewelry as this may become hot in the sauna.

Do I need to make a reservation?

We strongly suggest making a reservation. Walk ins are welcome based on availability.

Whats your age policy?

We welcome all ages, however anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Please do your best to arrive on time. If you are running behind, you are welcome to come and use the remaining time you have left. We do not issue refunds for partial or missed sessions. You may cancel or reschedule your reservation any time up to 12 hours before your reservation start time. Within 12 hours, we cannot cancel or reschedule your reservation. Late cancellations are responsible for 100% of the appointment value. Missed appointments will be charged in full. Bookings made within 12 hours of the start time are not eligible for cancellations or rescheduling.

Can I book for multiple people at once?

Yes, when booking there is an option to adjust the quantity. Note: there is a max of around 10 people per hour.

How long is the reservation?

We offer both 2 and 1 hour sessions.

Can I use my multi-pass to book for a group?

Unfortunately the passes are reserved for only one person.

Can I host an event or book the entire village?
